Fake Versus Real: Wasabi

Not everybody are sushi lover but for those who loves sushi so much must be aware when putting some wasabi. Some are fake!


Wasabi a Japanese plant with a thick green root that tastes like strong horseradish and is used in cooking, especially in powder or paste form as an accompaniment to raw fish.


Wasabi is a plant of the Brassicaceae family, which includes cabbages, horseradish, and mustard. It is also called Japanese horseradish, although horseradish is a different plant.
